The first thing that comes to mind when anyone thinks about groundnut oil is its fat content. There is a common fear that groundnut oil will lead blood pressure and heart disease, however there is no scientific evidence supporting this fear.

Can Peanuts Be Eaten In The Raw Form?

Groundnut should not be taken in raw form or fried in oil for consumption. It must be either boiled or roasted.  When eating, the skin of the peanut must not be removed because it is high in nutrition. Instead of taking snacks in the evening, it is better to take 50 gms of peanuts every day.
If the groundnut that you eat tastes bitter, it should not be taken because it contains aflatoxins , which affects digestion.  Instead fresh groundnuts must be taken.

Eating groundnut helps to reduce the problems that are associated with the nervous system. It will help to prevent memory loss diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s. Good Fat

Groundnut contains good fat. When water is boiled slowly, it reaches 100 degrees centigrade which is called boiling point. Likewise, for oil there is a smoking point. When any oil is boiled, the result is that bad fats get generated because of the heat. However, groundnut oil, this does not happen because its smoking point is 275 to 350 points more than other oils. 
The smoking point of groundnut oil is 320. As it will not reach this point quickly, bad fats do not get generated due to heating while at the same time good fat is retained.
